Thanks, OP, for posting your question! I'm not OP but we could have our baby any day and also are stuck trying to decide on a South Asian girl name that's easy to pronouce in the US. Any thoughts on Elora, Aliza, or Alina/Aleena?

I have a double ee Indian girls name and I don't recommend it
It's just not as aesthetically pleasing in American English
