Way way way overpriced. It’s very small, has only two bedrooms, and a poor layout in terms of the dining area. Also the roof deck is teeny tiny.

The builder knew how to furnish the space. See the photos here (particularly the third one):

It's just that the owners came in with their gargantuan Restoration Hardware-looking living and dining furniture that is intended for McMansions, not poorly laid out condos.

I don't quite understand why this one needs its own thread...seems like an owner/agent might want to pump it up. Having said that, I wouldn't at all be surprised if it sat for a while and they took the DCUM suggestion to restage it with a dining table downstairs and an office in the loft space.
