Feels like I’m the only one who still drinks dairy

You are my sole sister. It is just me and a lot of gross "milk" in my home.

Or soul.

Tired apparently...

I drink milk! I put half & half in my coffee, and 2% in my cereal.

I love milk and drink it semi-regularly.
But an oat milk flat white is heaven on earth.

I mean I’d order a breve…but it would come up explosively from multiple places within the hour. Stuck with coconut or almond milk - oats kill my gut too. FUN! I used to be you before kids. Late in life intolerance is way not fun, and not a choice.

No one should be drinking nut juice -- it's killing the planet.

I met a man who used to be a dairy farmer for all his life until about age 65. Had to sell the farm. Now he runs a very successful distillery.

Milk or faux milk in coffee is so disgusting. I must have cream half n half or just have espresso. The coffee looks like brown watered coffee. It doesn't have the taupe/orange normal coffee color.

Did having kids make you lactose intolerant? I think I am the same. I stopped milk while breastfeeding and things never returned to normal.

I’m a milk drinker. A glass a day of low fat Fairlife. It’s one of my big protein sources for the day.

Yep. Directly after birth for me. I gradually stopped being able to tolerate it after the first few months post partum. I can’t tolerate it at all now, even lactose free products.

Huh why do you think that is? Is that common? I am really annoyed by all the foods I have lost tolerance for over the years.

Ugh is this a Fairlife influencing thread? I hate you guys. You ruin everything.
