I am 43 years old and this still happens to me all the time. I am a fiery redhead with blue eyes so either someone is commenting on my hair or my eyes. My son has the same combo so now we stand out even more... I grew up with a redheaded sister so we were basically commented on non-stop so at least I am used to the comments/attention. It just sort of becomes a part of your personality... I admittedly, have some anxiety about it with a redheaded boy and hope he isn't teased or made fun of as he gets older...
