I know it’s not McLean, but this is the same price point and a much better floorplan on another new build.

I hope they're just waiting for the built-in fridge to arrive and not trying to sell it with that cheap mis-fitting fridge in picture 23

The listing mentions a 48 inch Subzero which has insane lead times right now. I'm sure it's just backordered.
