NP here - they can be heard through closed windows. |
| It's probably a mocking bird. They will chirp at all hours of the night. |
| Your lucky its a bird and not a damn fox. Scared the crap out of me at night. I googled and then found you tube videos that showed their mating calls. |
|
There is a mourning dove outside our window making doe-eyes at our cockatiel. She's so in love. He is sort of fascinated.
Not relevant, but just thought I'd mention. |
| Same and another one joins in a 4:30 am. |
|
The early morning birds would be the thing that would make me turn my indoor cat into an outdoor one.
No, I don't find their car alarm "song" charming or peaceful. |
|
Order these cardboard owl decoys OP. Hang them near the spot and also below the spot facing up. Light reflects off them.

Love it! |
Don’t do it. Your cat will kill fledglings and the mockingbird will fly away safely. |
|
If he is still present when you wake up in the morning, maybe he will give you your nightgown a ‘la Cinderella.
Wouldn’t that be lovely?? 🦋 |

Dear goodness, let him out already! |
PP here. He is not releasable due to injuries and having imprinted on humans early in life. He's attempted to mate with the female through the cage bars on several occasions. He will also feed her rat heads and brains through the bars! |
Mockingbirds gonna mockingbird. We have one lately singing all d@mn day, starting early in the morning. I feel bad for him though because he just wants to get laid.
