| Decaf French press w/ 100% grassfed milk (it is so amazing and has brought me back to dairy) with my daily Vital Collagens mixed in, a small bowl of oatmeal, about 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries, a banana, 1/3 of my husband’s egg & bacon sourdough breakfast sandwich from Dunkin Donuts, half of a strawberry and sprinkle donut. Magnesium, DHA/EPA and prenatal vitamins. Could have kept going—I’m seven months pregnant lol. |
