How do you cook perfect bacon? More inside . . .

I usually bake it the oven but I think pan fried tastes better....

During the nicer weather, I fry it in a frying pan on the burner at the end of my gas grill. Nice to hang outside and no mess/scent in the house after.

100%. Oven is more consistent, but perfectly cooked bacon in a cast iron skillet is just the best.

So *you're* the person that uses that burner! Pleased to meet you.

Believe it or not, you can make perfect bacon in a microwave. Just place it on paper towels and keep an eye on it. Probably is a YouTube link to it somewhere.

This is the only correct way to make bacon.

At someone else’s house. Love good bacon, but hate the mess and the lingering smell

Yes to the oven, but using convection if you have it. About 400.

Use a cooling rack inside a half-sheet pan.

Ha! Yes, it's me . I use it about 6x a year for either bacon or sauteeing seafood.
