Yes, and it’s a different test as well. Which is, at least in part, why they didn’t require kids to pass the usual subject tests they needed in order to graduate (Algebra, and I forget what else). They only had to pass the course, and at least sit for the test. |

That's what I thought. Taking the test after a summer off makes it pretty meaningless. |

| I think the data is glitchy and basically useless if it’s showing that half the kids in the math/science magnets are failing. I just don’t believe it. Sometimes tests are bad and don’t really measure what they’re intended to measure. |
