What is your concern? The habit? The calories? Are you trying and not succeeding at losing weight? Are you a normal weight?
Anyway. I do similar things. I have treats that I like, and make space for them. When I don't, I wind up overloading on the "forbidden" treat. |

The dried seaweed packs satisfy my urge for salty and crunchy, and are super low calorie.
I do the same with some sort of after-dinner snack. I try to limit it to 150-200 calories. |

| Chips are fine. Eat the chips! If you just want a little more nutrition, maybe roasted, salted sunflower seeds, or Wasabi peas. Nuts are good too. |
| I don’t think chips are that bad. I try to eat plant-based so I try to buy kettle potato chips or some of the other veggie chips. Add hummus or baba ghanoush or some other veggie dip and I’m happy. |
