My cousin does this. It is very good and I always eat every bite even though I usually am not a huge meatloaf fan. |

| I don’t know what the typical ingredients are, but my aunt made meatloaf I loved so I’ve always followed her recipe which included mix of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and adding in shredded carrots to get a veggie in there. She’d mix the meat with an egg and the sauce and the bread crumbs. I assume that’s all fairly standard. |
