| 5500 SF house, $50,000 for a combo of rollers, Roman, and drapes. We motorized about half of the treatments bc we shut all treatments on windows visible to the street at dusk every evening (urban area). That was expensive. |

| 20k for automatic blinds from Lutron. Of ALL the upgrades we’ve done to our house this one was the best! |
