Mom will get to move to an upgraded AL with not only a river view, but an OCEAN view. And it will be a place where all the elderly disabled people have the DECENCY to dress nice, show some pride in themselves and serves as backup singers to Mom's showstopping rendition of "Gypsy".

The only part you got close is OP is actually beautiful like her mother.

The social worker told everyone right at the start she had no legal authority. Of course I knew that but John was thinking her suggestions would change our mothers mind. John and Dave are irrational and nonsensical. My family is similar to the Munsters with me being Marilyn.
