How in the world is PGC not close in when parts of the county abut DC?

| Rockville or Silver Spring in Forest Glen/Wheaton. Schools in Silver Spring: Forest Glen, Oakland Terrace, Rock View, etc. |
| Burke, west springfield, Annandale west of 495, Kings Park West. You won’t get something updated completely but you can find something in those areas for that budget. |

Burke, Springfield, South County HS area, the nicer neighborhoods of Centreville, South Riding, Chantilly--there are a lot of areas within an hour of DC that should have something in your price range. |
