Used to be fat women would say their body type was "curvy," but that seems to be out now.

Thicc describes a different kind of fat.The waist being extremely small, with a help of a plastic surgeon, or natural on a very young girl with overly developed glutes from intense squats.

Also some of these guys seem educated. One posted a picture of him being interviewed by CNN with a master's degree from some ivy league. I don't think it's an education thing.

I believe that you have seen a couple of examples. Naturally, most younger women will have smaller waists since they haven't given birth yet. 90% of these thick young women will be obese in a couple of years. 30+ overweight women with exaggerated hour glass bodies are extremely rare.
