Schedules are back up and received email today. There were a few changes like no late games on super bowl Sunday (yay!). Like most conspiracy theories on this site the cancelled season was much ado about nothing.

If parents are balking, that's their own business, and the STJ itself is a private actor, but still, it's like people have learned absolutely nothing over the past two years and just take recourse to overreaction that has no nexus to common sense or thoughtfulness about the adverse consequences of shutdown. It's obvious people are neither living nor learning. And so it goes.

Hey, moron, the schedules are back up. Like I said, next time, until you hear something official keep your mouth shut.

The schedules are not out quite yet. From this morning’s email:

We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and we look forward to meeting up again when the futsal league resumes on January 2nd. We have made a couple changes to the Jan 2nd futsal game schedules, please take a look at the updated schedule when they are re-released in the next 24 hours. In addition, we will be releasing the remaining regular season schedules in the next 24 hours. Good news, on Super Bowl Sunday all games will be completed this year before kickoff time.

How bout keeping your paying customers updated as to when and why they were or will be down. Want to be a first class place? Then you have to act like one...

I see your post and others about how St James is poorly run. All of that yet you all sign up and keep coming back for more. Its like taking candy from a baby. Keep having us debit your checking account or sending those credit card payments. Complain all you want. Your money will keep flowing

I never see a mask at the St James so I doubt they will cancel because of Covid.

That makes sense - the participants have herd immunity.

The league apps site kind of sucks. Need to click on the individual team and then find the schedule link under league navigation.

I never see masks at either of the gyms I belong to in the city of Alexandria either, unless I look at my own face in the mirror, so the St. James is not alone in that regard.

St James is pretty well run, always clean and staff friendly.
