What are your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meal traditions?

Christmas eve was never a big deal in my family growing up. Christmas day was when we celebrated.

Christmas day- Prime rib caesar salad, roasted root veggies, apple crisp and cookies

Also meant to add that Christmas day breakfast is baked french toast.

My husband is Jewish and usually works either Christmas Eve or Christmas days so we vary traditions often. He likes Chinese food on Christmas day and ham on Christmas eve. I'm more tied to appetizer traditions, shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, hickory farms summer sausage. I don't really care as long as I get those!
