+1 apparently my 4th grader already hears it at school. Their classmate curses at the teacher and it bothers the other kids.

Cursing at the teacher and he should be sent to principal's office and his parents called with kid being in detention for a week.

I'm pretty sure that PP was being sarcastic but either way, your response is incorrect. No one, including a child, has the "right" to say whatever they want, whenever/wherever they want, without getting feedback or responses to what they say. That's not how it works.
