There's one in Williamsburg and Harrisonburg...hoping they make their way up here.

The other kid was rude if the kid took the tools out of your kids hand. I would have had the child give them back. Many people don't really monitor their children.

I'm trying to picture how this played out. If you don't get off the zip line at the end, would the parent have to push the kid, while he's hanging on back to the beginning to ride it again? How does it get back to the start, or can you ride it back and forth from either end?

Usually the kids take turns and walk them back to each other for the next kid on line to go down. If there is no line you could walk it back and go again.

Many new construction communities have newer playgrounds and they have zip lines. I think many of the parks built Or renovated after 2018 have that feature.

They’re talking about playground zip lines, not something like Go Ape

Second situation - Ask the other parent how they want to take turns. "Oh, hi, we just go here. Would it be okay for us to swing for another minute and then give you and your kind a turn for 2 minutes, then switch back?"

This people! Social skills!.

I’ve seen a couple different types. One is a horizontal zip line that is powered by the kids momentum. That one does not need to be taken back to the starting point. Usually you go back-and-forth on it from either side.
They are kind has a slight downward angle, and the polite thing is to walk it back to the start point.
