Agree, People who drop off their teens with no supervision are the problem. Kids act different if they know mom is in the area. This is why I won't go there.

The problem is not the average people there; 99.9% of them are great.

Social media flash-mobs are the problem. Instagram has “fight channels” set up just to host videos of the fights and vandalism.

TikTok has set up monthly school vandalism and sexual assaults.

Yes I realize it’s teens actually doing the fighting and other crimes.

But I see far more harm than good coming out of FaceBook/ TikTok, and yes: I blame social media for this.

Six Flags is fine during the day and after the fights it will be less crowded because parents watched the news (yes, black and brown people watch the news too) and aren't letting their kids go unaccompanied anymore. I'm on several FB Groups of PG Parents and they are all concerned about what went on.

I would guess that they are as parented as the 14 year old kid in the other post who had unprotected sex with his girl friend.

Some of them have no parents in their life and some have involved parents who would be mortified by their kids behaviors. I'm on several FB groups with PG county parents and they are all in an uproar about it.
DCUM is all about giving rich white kids a pass but if you don't fit that demographic you are clearly a hoodlum and have terrible parents.
