Make soccer less diluted in the DMV

I thikg maybe Virginia revolution and fcv and maybe

vda fully with vsa and pwsi

manassas united and manassas soccer club

lmvsc and gunston

I also like the sound of elite talent academy, doradus, and team America bata and Spartans since team America is more of a sign your own team up

CYA (Virginia Valor) was already merged with VDA before, but left for some strange reason. I think how VDA currently has it set up is ideal. At U-littles, minimize travel to practices and then when they are older, then they can travel farther for combined practices.

I'm not sure there needs to be a lot of mergers, but there are too many elite clubs in NOVA. Look at Richmond United. They have a monopoly on top talent in the Richmond, suburbs, and exurbs. There should be only one or two elite clubs in NOVA that travel to the northeast or carolinas to play, but instead look how many there are between MLSNext, ECNL, and GA. It would be great if except for those 2 clubs for the truly exceptional, the rest just play other NOVA clubs.

clubs sell themselves based on their elite status. The odds that a ULittle showing up for U9 spring tryouts for Arlington will ever make their ECNL roster are remote, but their parents still think they play for the elite club

No serious soccer scouts think ECNL is worth the cost.

I coach ECNL and I do not think the cost is justified. The bubble will explode.

The cost of ECNL varies tremendously depending on which ECNL club you play at.

No serious soccer scout thinks twice about how much any parent pays for their kids soccer.
