To get a sense of teach turnover, take a look at the job bank on the AISGW website.

The AISGW website is helpful, but it's certainly not comprehensive. Many schools fill positions internally from associate/assistant teacher candidates, long-time guest teachers, etc. before they post jobs publicly. Also, some schools don't post administrative and/or faculty positions. St. Albans, for example, almost never seems to post their faculty positions.
