Sports Programs for 5 year old in Montg County or NW DC for SN Kids

My almost 5 y.o. little girl has physical problems and cannot walk independently. She's fine cognitively. Looking for sports programs that she could participate in. She keeps saying she wants to play baseball. Any suggestions of a program out there that would work for her. She would need to use a walker or hold an adult's hand to walk.

Gymnastics at Dynamite. They have motion education. Apply for LISS money in July (program through the DDA)

Miracle League has baseball for disabled kids

The Miracle League gives hundreds of disabled children something few dreamed possible...the chance to play baseball! During each Miracle League game, every child is given an opportunity to hit the ball and score a run. Miracle League team members are assigned "buddies" who assist them in hitting the ball and "running" the bases. Buddies can be fellow schoolmates, parents, college students, business leaders or anyone who wishes to volunteer their time to give a child the gift of baseball. The program starts on April 13, 2013 and continues through June 22, 2013.
The Washington Nationals Miracle Field, located in South Germantown Park, incorporates a cushioned synthetic turf that accommodates wheelchairs and other walking assistance devices, while helping prevent injuries.
