DPR Coop Play waitlists-- how much do they move?

Anyone know how much the DC Parks and Rec Cooperative Play waitlists move, and when? We're on the waitlist at three programs (Volta, Hardy, and Rose Park) and I'm wondering whether we have any chance at getting in before September. Or if not, if we have a chance at getting in during the school year. Our numbers are 4, 7, and 6.

When I looked last spring, I remember I was bummed because they were all full. Come september, there were empty spaces in many of them. People sign up as a back up and then drop if if they get into another program.
