Sandy Spring Summer Camp

Does anyone know anything about Summer at Sandy Spring camp, held at sandy
spring friends school? Do you have or know any kid(s) that have gone there or will go there this summer? Looking for any and all insight, and to possibly start a carpool if I do decide to send my 6-year-old son there. We live in Kensington, MD. Thanks! |

My daughter is 7 (will be going into 3rd grade) and this will be her third summer there. She loves it and demanded to go there all summer this year (in the past we'd split up the summer into different camps). In all honesty, I think her love may be based on the fact that there are tadpoles in the swimming pond.

| My son (6 now, going into 1st in the fall) has gone there the past two summers and will go again this year. He loves it. Swimming in a pond, lots of nature, running around outside a lot, crafts...its good. |
