They have a history of ratio violations. Check inspection reports. http://www.dss.virginia.gov/facility/search/cc.cgi?rm=Details;ID=34892;search_keywords_name=Brentwood%20academy

See page 25 of the following document from a City of Alexandria hearing from a few years ago. There is a good account from a parent whose kids attended Tiny Tots when it was shut down due to overcrowding:

My kids have been at blue bird I for 4 years. Love it. Love the teachers. Would stay there through 1st grade if I could afford it.
I'm at bb1. The current director seems very on top of things and I've been happy with the care my 7 month old has been receiving so far.
We are at BB2 - it is an affordable safe place with caring teachers that try their best. That said, the owner sort of runs it like a factory and some days there are SO many kids in there, I don't know where they come from all of a sudden.
They are bussed in from other drop off locations-read the link.
So, the buses are just a way to shuffle kids from one area to another, to fool the inspection, to confuse any sort of attendance and ratio count Does anyone know exactly where there kids go when you get on one of these buses? Shuttle is driven by the proprietor of the business - obviousely necessary to avoid the Heat,
