Ginger, a 15-pound beagle mix, lives in the Fenwick Park neighborhood on the north side of Route 50 between the beltway and Graham Road (across Route 50 from Loehman's Plaza). She slipped away last Sunday, March 24, but was spotted as recently as yesterday in the area of Roundtree Park on Annandale Road. Earlier in the week, she was seen in the Holmes Run Estates and Broyhill Crest neighborhoods. Since she's already traveled so far from home, there's no telling where she may turn up next.
If you see her, please call Ellen, 571/278-7046, or John, 571/251-1136, and report the location. Do not try to catch her; she will run away and will not respond if you call her name. To help identify her, there's a picture posted at http://annandaleva.blogspot.com/2013/03/have-you-seen-ginger.html Thanks for your help! |
Poor Ginger. We live in Maryland but my beagle and I will be hoping she gets home safely. They do love to slip away. Ginger, go home. |
