How can you see disclosures on a property?

| Our agent has sent us an MRIS link for a property and says we can access the disclosures from there. I am not seeing how but she insists other clients have done it. How do people typically see disclosures? |

| You should see a hyperlink you can click for more images and docs (example : 25/0/2) if the discloser has been loaded by the listing agent you will be able to see it. Agents are not required to load the discloser on to MLS but you can have your agent email them to ask for it. |

| I should note the 25/0/2 means 25 property images / 0 notes / 2 attached documents. It's near the number of sqft on the listing your agent sent |
