Dear parents,
I am looking for a day-care for my 7 month old baby. Hopefully close to the Prince George metro station. I"ll appreciate any information you can provide, Thanks |

Greenwood is by PG metro, but the wait list is EXTREMELY long (I think about 4 years) and it's pretty pricey. St. Ann's and Heritage (My DH is at Heritage) are right next to each other, in the Eastern Ave/Rhode Island Ave area.
Also, right there by St. Ann's/Heriage, there are a few church based daycares - Rheema, Our Redeemer, and I think about 2 more, but I can't remember their names. Also, there's Gateway Child Development Center in Mount Rainier, and Agape in Colmar Manner. There's also a home based daycare called Giant Steps on LaSalle Road in Hyattsville. |
| 9:28 here - I remember a few more - St. Jerome's, Brooks, Sunshine, Happy Family, Jack & Jill, Little Flower, Parkview, Young Achievers...and there's a church one by PG Plaza, off 410, but I can't remember the name. They have big signs out front though. |
| Pp, Thank you so much! |
| Sunny Days at Georgetown Hill is located at the College Park Metro in the APHIS building. It is a fantastic day care and one of the best options in Hyattsville. And I believe they have an opening in the infant room. |
| I second Sunny Days at Georgetown Hill. My daughter went there. Unfortunately we moved so we had to take her out due to the commute, but it was a very tough decision and I was sad that she could not continue. She learned ALOT while she was there; and there were always plenty of activities for her to participate in during the day. |
