Warming Drawers

Considering putting one in our kitchen. Would love to hear people's experience with these -- worth it or not? Any particular brand better than another? Thanks!

We have one integrated into our range. It's a great luxury when entertaining or making breads, but otherwise it sits unused most of the time. I would not spring for a separate one unless we entertained more than 10 times a year, but built into the range probably added $100 to the cost and it's a cool feature.

AGree with PP. Ours is mostly used for pan storage! I empty it out once or twice a year when I want to use the warming drawer.

Can't you just put your oven on 200 and use that? How is a warming drawer different?

I was about to post this. If you have a gigantic kitchen and unlimited space/funds, sure why not. But if you are a mere mortal like the rest of us, I would never sacrifice precious cabinet space on this.
