| 2200 sqft. $109-127 Dec to Feb. We also have gas for water heater and dryer. We keep temps at 68. |

1,526 SF plus full basement. 1942 cape cod with a few remaining older windows, fireplace and probably some energy inefficiency. I keep temps at 66 when we're asleep or out and 68 when we're up and around.
Typically $100-$120 during the winter, $40ish during the warmer months. (typically my gas + electric is about $150/month; electric climbs during the summer.) |
