tylenol in first trimester?

I have read in a few books that tylenol is ok in pregnancy. But, it doesn't specify if it is ok in the first trimester. I have had a headache this weekend that won't quit and I am DYING to take a tylenol but I'm only 6 weeks. Has anyone had an OB say it is ok in the first tri?

Yes, you can have tylenol at any time during pregnancy.

Yes tylenol is fine and you may find the headaches stop after first trimester. They did for me.

Tylenol is fine all through pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Don't take Advil while you're pregnant.
