freaking out, lost auto payment form

Anonymous
I sent a canceled check, and a form with my address, dob, etc to a client to set up an auto payment. They didn't get it in the mail. So if someone stole the piece of mail and now has all that information, can they access my bank account? Is my money protected from fraud at all? Or is that just with a credit card?

One option is to empty all the money in there into the savings account, but we have all of our bills set up to auto withdraw, so it would be a nightmare to cancel/update everything (especially because I'm away for easter with a sick baby, sick self, sick dog, injured grandparent, traveling husband, work deadlines...)

Actually, maybe I'm overreacting. Just looked at the form and it doesn't have my address or dob (they requested that separately), so the only info someone could steal is already written on the check.
