iPhone and Droid Grocery App Recommendation

I'm looking for an app to help with grocery shopping ... anyone have one that works with Apples and Droids and lets two people edit the same list?

In an ideal world, I'd love it if Giant's "Scan It" app (which is currently a PITA and not worth using) let me build a grocery list and then knew which store I was in and I could shop from the list in order of how the items show up. For instance, I could tell it I shop right to left in the store and it would know that if I'm in the Falls Church Giant, that means my list should show produce first. Just a musing. For now a plain old list-maker would be great so hubby, daughter and I can all make the list and whomever gets to the store first can do the shopping. TIA!

Try OurGroceries. You can share or email lists. And it works for both iPhone and droid.
