Someone is a little bitter because their team received a beat down yesterday.

Good Counsel grinds another win out. Sets up their game of the year at home against the Boy Scouts. |
That game was an absolute beat down and it could have been a hell of a lot worse. I think Landon hit 4 posts in the first qtr alone and if Preps goalie wouldn’t of stood on his head it might of been really embarrassing. |
It is great for Prep when they win and storm the field and take pictures on the Landon Logo and the parents of Prep players walk around on the field like they own the place, but when the Landon kids go on the field, grab your Pearls Prep folks because Landon kids doing what Prep kids do is just … just… just terrible.
Prep is 7-2 in the last nine meetings largely because of the four COVID games in one year against a generational Prep team. The hypocrisy of Prep folks typically knows no bounds. Kudos to both goalies and the Fogos competed hard. Prep lost some key pieces and standing around and the Princeton kids for two years didn’t help their offense. |
Interesting games remaining in the DMV.
Good Counsel vs SJC Landon vs Gonzaga Gonzaga vs SJC WCAC Finals IAC Finals Landon has to win out to be #1. Gonzaga/SJC has to win out to be #1. |
Bullis vs Prep should be included in this mix. As for the IAC....I wouldn't rule out another Landon - Prep re-match in the finals. Prep looked asleep yesterday after the first quarter, Landon looked more gritty and patient. If GP plays like they did in the first quarter, its a completely different ball game. Other games to include are GC vs PVI and PVI vs GZ. Lots of great games left to be played during the month of April! |
The GC defense with another dominant win. #23 national and best team in the DMV! Nobody is taking us down! Making it a habit and expectation! |
Prep and Bullis will play 2x and both are out of the conversation for #1 unless there are massive upsets in the WCAC. Only interesting to their own families. Same with pvi and gc. Gc will be #1 if they win out. |
That’s funny. That’s what Landon does. Two years ago Landon took player and parent photos on the Prep field after they beat Prep. I have never seen Prep parents taking photos on Landon’s field. Not sure I have seen Prep’s student body on Landon’s field either. In fact, in the nationally televised Prep vs Bullis game last year the student body didn’t storm the field and instead walked around to congratulate the team on the sideline. But nice try. |
Sorry sir you are delusional.
I’ve seen prep kids storm Landon’s field several times after lacrosse contests over the years. I have zero issue with it - it’s HS, let the kids celebrate with their classmates. Zero issue with Landon students storming the field after post game hand-shake. I do have issues with the prep students throwing water balloons at the Landon student section yesterday during the game and hitting a young mother with a newborn in her lap. Talk about classy.. |
What was the Bullis v STA score on Friday? |
Wasn’t it a revenge game from last year’s championship? |
GC #23 National …where? The only real team they played is Bullis and they lost. Their schedule is super light. I think everyone is happy to see GC back with a competitive team but don’t get ahead of yourselves. It will probably hurt more than help. |
100% GC will be #1 in DC if they finish 17-1 and beat SJC, GZ, and PVI. But odds of that happening are slim to none. |
Those were Mater Dei 7th graders and there were filled water bottles too. One hit the field. |
