My in-laws have had 4 teacup poodles. Completely neurotic, a ton of health problems and have to be born via c-section! I agree with 10:22. Lots of dogs (even tiny ones) available for adoption.

OP, you should think about maybe collecting Beanie Babies or Webkinz®... You can check them in their virtual online world on the iPhone in your purse...hope that helps.
