Waiting for the first update after ER.
I always heard by around noon but it probably depends on your nurse's schedule. Good luck!
I usually heard around 24 & 48 hours after my retrievals and my retrievals were always before 9 am.
If I remember correctly, I got the call between 11and 12 and it was from the Dr (not the nurse).
OP - here, got the call shortly after 9. Unfortunately, not great news. Out of 19 eggs, 9 were abnormal and out of the 10 they inseminated (ISCI) only 3 fertilized normally. We're hoping to hang on to the 3 to do a 3 day transfer.
Good luck OP! I had 3 fertilize as well (I am 10:53) and we implanted all 3 (I am 40 and it was a 3-day transfer) and I got my BFP (I am now 23 weeks witha singleton). Good luck! The staff there is great and very supportive!
Sorry to hear. Our first IVF cycle I was shocked to find out we had 0 fertilization. Of all the things I had anticipated possibly going wrong this was never on my radar. The positive side is that they figured out the issue and the next cycle was successful. Having gone through 6 cycles now (trying to second) I've found the time they call is totally dependent upon the nurse and who is working that day. I've had calls at all times of the day.
