Berg vs Obama

How come this Berg is the only one who's making a big deal about this?

Oh that's hilarious! You planted this so you could get people to google it. Brilliant!

http://www.obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/1-main/1-philip-j-berg-esq-files-federal-lawsuit-requesting-obama-be-removed-as-a-candidate-as-he-does-not-meet-the-qualifications-for-president

Are you getting a lot of points from McCain's website tonight? What do you get for your points? Extra medication for your paranoid schizophrenia? An extra session with your psychiatrist?

Ha ha! You're losing and these desperate attempts to try to get people to believe your insane conspiracy theories are quite amusing!

You are so nuts it is not even funny. Is this because you are losing on all the issues?

Okay, there is someone (Berg) with way too much time on his hands - and I am a McCain supporter. Silliness.

Im the OP. First off, I didn't "plant" this. Take off your tin foil hat and realize that not everything is some huge conspiracy. Go ahead, turn your phone back on..I doubt they're listening to you, paranoiah.

Second off, My point is, How can one man make such huge claims, go as far as to even get the law involved and it all be fake? I realize that what he is saying is NOT true and I dont believe him, I just find it odd that someone would go through that much trouble to convince people of something that isnt true. I dont see how anyone has taken him seriously because nobody seems to be backing him at all.
if it WAS true, wouldn't more people be looking into this or standing by him?

I just love how every time Obama is put in a slightly negative light, People assume you're a McCain supporter. I do not support McCain, but I am able to question Obama on certain things. That is my right, It doesn't mean Im PRO McCain or "LOSING". Im not "Losing" Since Im not even supporting McCain.

Well, I think that the public is getting suspicious of the rhetorical approach that is being used by McCain and other conservatives, namely to ask leading questions rather than to make the case themselves.

For instance, if an accusation about Obama is weak, it is more effective for the poster to ask "why isn't the mainstream media reporting this?" , implying a conspiracy, rather than to make the case for the accusation themselves. Or if on the podium, John McCain can say "Why hasn't Obama fully disclosed his relationship with ACORN?" because it provokes a response rather than to state the less-than-exciting facts about Obama and ACORN. In other words, McCain cannot demonstrate anything shocking about Obama, but he can imply it with the question which is more or less "What is he hiding?".

In this case, perhaps OP was misunderstood. But the rhetorical technique is being used all the time. It is very effective at smearing an individual. And so I understand the reaction of some to this post in that context.

OP, now you have learned that you have to elaborate when you post something like this. And for the record, I didn't think it was a conspiracy. I just thought you were a nut job. What did you think people were going to think when you post a vague statement like that linked to a crazy lawsuit?

Your second point is interesting. Wish you had made it in your original post. As for your question about someone going to all this trouble, don't forget the crazy administrative law judge who sued his dry cleaner for hundreds of thousands (or was it a million) dollars over a pair of pants. There are people out there who just have a desperate need for attention....which this guy got from Fox News in Toledo.
