need rec for casual lunch/brunch place not too far from kennedy center

I am looking for a family friendly place to grab a bite before an afternoon show at the Kennedy Center. We will be coming from Bethesda so any recommendations en route would be appreciated. Thanks.

Farmers, Fishers, Bakers in the harbor is great. Not sure what time they open. You can walk to the Kennedy Center.

It's terrible. I actually had a tooth break off eating at Old Glory. They said they would pay to have it fixed and then lied and had their ins. co. deny it. I won't go to any of the restaurants that guy owns.

Founding Fathers brunch is great. There is a shuttle from Kennedy Center to the metro.
