Healthy, low calorie, vegetarian recipe blogs?

Anonymous
I have weight to lose and need to start eating healthy. Can you recommend some healthy eating blogs with vegetarian recipes? Eggs and dairy are ok. In addition if anyone has any recs for heathy eating general reading (info, motivation) please suggest those as well!
Thanks.

101cookbooks.com. Not a health food blog, but with more of a focus on natural foods. She does not shy away from oil and butter if needed, but there are a number of healthy recipes in there as well.

I like to think I eat pretty healthy. Lots of whole grains, beans, fruits and vegetables. Eggs, tofu and greek yogurt for protein. I stay away from processed foods and added sugar in beverages, etc. Rarely buy cookies and snacks outside but will bake some myself every once in a while as a treat. I also exercise at least 5 times a week.

Good luck!

We go 50/50 on vegetarian/nonvegetarian dinners at home. I find that you can adapt a lot of recipes to exclude meat.

That said, I really like some of the vegetarian recipes on Crockpot 365 and on Skinnytaste. I've had mixed success with Kalyn's Kitchen.

Chocolate Covered Katie is awesome for "healthier" desserts. DH was wary of the cookie dough dip (it's white bean based) but snarfed the whole thing.
