Please suggest recipes for meals I can cook on Sunday and freeze or reheat during the week

Family of 6 with two working parents who are scrambling to get meals on the table during the week. We're running in different directions with the kids for sports, etc and I think it would be helpful for me to cook meals for Monday thru Thursday nights on Sunday.
