| These are houses in the $500-$800 range. I just assumed... How much does it cost to clean your house and snap some pics? Don't most RE agents do this as part of their service to the buyer? We've interviewed 5 agents, and they all say they do this. Some even throw in "light" staging. |
| Maybe it depends on neighborhood. In ours, there is one agent who is notorious for posting listings without interior pics, but every other agent does. |
| Sometimes the initial listing will have a front-of-the-house pic only, then realtor will add more pics a few days later. This is what our realtor did to ensure she got the house up a few days earlier to generate pre-OH interest. |
| Generally it means the seller knows that most likely the house will be bought for a tear-down. |
+1. I think these are often new listings that aren't completed yet. Or, you can tell from the way the listing is written that the house is a tear down, so who cares about the interior. |
