Where to find 2-bedroom Apartments in Arlington/ $1500 price range

Does this exist? If so, would appreciate recommendations. Would prefer a place with a playground closeby.

It probably does exist but not near the metro, or further out in FC.

It does exist in some of the older apartments along Columbia Pike. Make sure to check crime reports before moving in (I have - some parts of the Pike are much safer than others).

it does not need to be close to metro.

Barely exists except in protected low income housing. For 2 BR if you are at 60% of median income the you may qualify for $1450 rent in designated affordable housing. $1200 if you are at 50%.

Try looking around Lee Highway/Lorcom Lane/Glebe Rd. don't know what all of them rent for but there are a lot of apartments around there, and a couple years back the condos in our building were renting for $1400 for a 2 BR. Very walkable and close to Woodstock Park.

Try Fillmore Gardens on Walter Reed, off of Columbia Pike. Walkable to a few playgrounds and the library.

I second this, I live here. 2 bedrooms can be really hard to get though, they're in limited supply.

I have a friend at Fillmore Gardens. It's a decent place, but no dishwasher and laundry is in another building, which would drive me a little nuts.
