It sounds like you might be seeing fairly aggressive caching. Clicking "reload" on your browser should correct wrongly displayed pages. The cache settings for the forum are exactly the same as the old forum. However, I am also seeing more aggressive caching. I just reset the settings to see if they might not have taken affect. Let's see if that changes anything.

But I didn't have this problem last week. I'm used to a lot of sites not loading properly because of the older browser, so I would have noticed it here.
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
