I still haven't been. Is it worthwhile? Are DH and I crazy to go on a Saturday? I'd just like to walk around and maybe eat at the oyster place.
Suggestions/tips? |
We went about 4 months ago with our two kids. Loved it. My husband went to the oyster place - the kids and I had empanadas and Korean tacos. When we went it was definitely crowded, but not overwhelmingly so. It's not huge, but it's definitely a fun place to go and hang out for a bit and try some new things.
It's neat but you won't stay that long and it's fairly expensive.
OP here. Also, I checked the website but I didn't see info on the seating. If you order from one of the stands, is there a food-court kinda area to sit? Does Rappahannock Oyster have its own tables?
i was impressed. no worries going on a saturday, though it will be busy. a nice foody destination.
I like Union Market. And yes, they do have food court-type seating for the stands that give you your food to go, but for the oysters you have to find a seat at Rappahonock Oyster Bar.
Thanks all.

it can get extremely busy. it's gotten busier even just in the past few months. think costco-like.
