Baltimore restaurant recommendations?

Please post your restaurant recommendations in Baltimore - inner harbor/fells point/little italy/etc. (is that considered "downtown"?). Family-friendly rec's, please, but they don't have to have a separate kids menu or plastic toys or anything Just meaning places that would be fine to bring elem school aged children. Thanks!

Cafe Gia in little italy. Totally adorable, not expensive, and they have high chairs. Went there on a Friday night with a 15 mo old and it was fine. Not a chain.
