I can access this forum from my phone, but not my laptop?

| Make sure you have the correct url--type it in manually--because memory will go to the last version of the url, which is the outage page. |

+1 I had the same problem, sent the admin an email (which was wonderfully responded to very quickly considering the last day he has been having!). He said clear the history and cache and it worked. |
