| Can anyone share with me why they chose one company over the other? I was speaking with my OB this morning and he said either one is good and to go with the company that gives us the better price. Any thoughts are appreciated! Thank you! |

| Look into other companies as well. There are lots of others, those are just the most advertised and due to that reason most expensive. i haven't done it but have a close friend who just did and she chose a smaller not as public company. Another worry (this is from her) is that the companies who just do cord blood may not get enough business to stay open for the long run? DOn't know if this is a legit worry but she chose a company who also did sperm banking ( that was their original purpose) thought was that if they do more than one thing they will get more business. Again I don't know if this is legit issue, just thought I would pass it on, we just had the discussion the other day. |

| We went with CBR for #1 and will use them again for #2 because they've done more transplants (by a long shot) than any other company and because we have many friends who had used them and were pleased. |
