| Meeting a family who are gluten free, dairy free vegetarians, somewhere in downtown DC, probably near the mall or Penn Quarter. They eat fish. Any suggestions? Thanks! |

Rasika? (You'll want a reservation, though).
Also check out Founding Farmers--they have a decent vegetarian section on their menu. |
| Zengo has excellent options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. It's right by the Chinatown metro, so not too far from your preferred location. |
The term is pescetarian, not vegetarian. Vegetarians do not eat any meat including fish. |
| Yep, they're not vegetarian. You could also try Busboys and Poets. |
| Japanese |
| Vietnamese food is easy to be gf and df and veg. |
| Thai or Japanese. You could try Momijo for Japanese or Royal Thai. There's also a Burmese restaurant on 6th street. |
+1 Zengo has a separate gluten-free menu that is almost as big as their regular menu. They are very accommodating. |
Much of the soy sauce sold in the US has gluten in it. Indian food is a good bet. Also, here are some recs from Urban Spoon: http://www.urbanspoon.com/tn/7/1/619/DC/Gluten-Free-Friendly/Downtown-Washington-DC-restaurants |
| Ugh, what's the point of living if you don't eat any of those? |
| Jaleo would probably work. |
|
Teaism?

You do realize that people with celiac can ultimately die if they continue to eat a diet full of gluten. If given a choice of living over not being able to eat glute, which one would you pick? I certainly hope you never contract a debilitating illness during the course of your life. |
He/she was kidding.
