Go to Saint Michel Bakery, they are delicious!
You can find them in Dc, Bethesda and Rockville.

When it is open, the best ones are at the bakery inside the Women's Farmer's Market in Bethesda, Fri. and Sat I think. The kooky Cornucopia store tucked away in Bethesda also has excellent baguettes and crazy expensive other stuff.
